We gather each Sunday at Noon, regardless of weather, in Court Square in Springfield, MA for worship and fellowship. Our church is open to everyone and is led by area clergy. Please come join us!

our mission

We are a group of Christians, seekers and others who come together to share the Good News of Jesus through Word, works and presence. Through regular worship, pastoral presence, community partnerships and by providing opportunities for fellowship, we build community with people who are experiencing poverty, homelessness, hunger and joblessness in the greater Springfield area. We are people seeking Christ in one another, while doing the best to be the face of Christ for one another.

Church Without Walls is pleased to partner with Elms College. Brother Michael Duffy brings the caRe vaN to our service at Court Square the second Sunday of every month. Brother Duffy and staff provide free healthcare services including blood-pressure checks and monitoring, blood-sugar checks, foot care, episodic first aid, minor wound care and patient education.

Whoever you are and wherever you are on life’s journey you are welcome here!

We gather each Sunday at Court Square in downtown Springfield regardless of the weather. If it rains, we gather under our 20′ x 40′ canopy.

Church Without Walls is a interdenominational church led by deacons, priests, pastors and a common core team from the Episcopal Church and United Church of Christ.

Our services include a time to hear and reflect on scripture, a time of prayer, and Holy Communion. Our worship service reflects both the Episcopal and UCC traditions. We use grape juice in place of wine during Communion so that we may stand in solidarity with our sisters and brothers in recovery.

Since we worship outdoors, you’ll want to dress for the forecasted weather.

Our ministry is made possible by the following supportive churches:

St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Longmeadow, MA
Southwick Community Episcopal Church, Southwick, MA
First Church of Christ, Longmeadow, MA
Saint Peter’s Episcopal Church, Springfield, MA
Christ Church Cathedral, Springfield, MA

St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, East Longmeadow, MA
Congregational Church of Somersville, Somers, CT
All Saints’ Episcopal Church, South Hadley, MA
South Congregational Church, Springfield, MA
Wilbram United Church, Wilbraham, MA

Whoever you are and whatever your gifts, there are opportunities to serve at Church Without Walls.
